ReplyDeleteThe current rate for a flat is about Rs 3000/- per sq.ft. There are some ongoing projects. SK Gokulam is almost complete. Keerthi Chalet could take an year or two.
ReplyDeleteToday, 9th December, we began the escavation of our 3rd borewell with a lot of hope of getting sufficient water for the layout. We seek blessings from all well wishers of the layout. After 2 subsequent failures, we took a professional opinion and found a source for water which should suffice our requirement. Anyways, it is the members hard efforts the have put to do good community job, may they suceed in the project. Good luck!
