An Office at Last !!!

Coconut Grove Layout finally has it's own office and small garden !!!

Ever since we formed an association, we have always dreamt of having our own office. All these years, we were conducting our meetings at Mr. Saikumar's home and records maintained at Mr. Krishnappa's home.

After a lot of thought, it was decided to build a mobile office built using a Container. The office is currently located on the North East side of our layout (End of the Temple Road).

Lot of effort has gone in to procuring a container, furnishing it, leveling the land and landscaping it.

The area is well lit even in the night.

We are planning a formal inauguration of our office during one of the weekends. Will keep you updated.

Our Layout gets a major facelift

With the final stretches of our layout roads getting tarred on 21st Sep 2014, our Layout looks awesome !!!

Drains are Functional Again

After 3-4 months of crazy work, our layout drains are functional again. Mr Krishnappa and Mr David  worked very hard to ensure that all the lines were un-clogged, broken pipes were fixed and new pipes were laid in front of the temple.

End of Mud Roads in Sight !!!

Thanks to the perseverance of our President Mr. Krishnappa, our last stretches of mud road is coming to an end !!! Here are the snaps of the last culvert being constructed close to Mr Ramesh's and Vincent's house. The storm water drains have been completed for the entire layout.  

New Borewell from BBMP

Thanks to the efforts of our office bearers we have a borewell provided by BBMP.
